Sam's Club. A little pricey but totally worth every penny. It is really a lot of work to assemble, but if you have any construction knowledge it's do-able. You definately need two people though, some of the assembly needs one to hold and one to screw. I think all we needed was a drill, a hammer, socket wrenches, and screw drivers. Nothing crazy. We did buy a set of nut runners for the drill to make installing all the hex head bolts go faster. Otherwise it would have taken twice as long.

Wow, impressive. Looks like you've made a lot of progress already.
Can I ask where you got it? We were considering a play set one of these days.
