If you have kids you will understand why I didn't post a picture of Haley like I promised. As I was getting ready to leave, Chad was swinging Maya around by her arms and she started to cry. When he put her done she kept saying her elbow hurt and she wouldn't move her arm. So of course, we're totally stressing out that her arm is dislocated, or broken, or at the least sprained.
After a 30 minutes of sobbing in my lap, we graduated to the bed so she could lay down and cry. Of course when I called the Dr's office at 3:02, they had closed at 3:00 and no one would pick up the phone! (Don't get me started on that...) And all you get is that stupid message, "for medical emergencies only, please page Dr. so and so...")
So then you stand in the kitchen and think, "Oh God, is this an emergency or not?" Well after about an hour she finally calmed down and cried only when it moved, not non-stop. Yea! Progress! Chad finally convinced her to go outside and wander around so I could sneak out the front and speed to the hospital before closing.
Needless to say, in my sneaking attempts, I forgot the camera. Hence there are no pictures today. But take my word for it, she is very cute! Katie and baby should be home Sunday, so I'll try for pictures then. Although if you know me... I'm sure you won't expect to see them until Halloween.
Oh, and as for Maya's arm, by the time I got home - she was fine.
